New construction of a front and rear house on a plot between a Wilhelminian block and a 1970s row development. Due to the difficult urban planning situation of the row development, which cuts into the Wilhelminian structure, the front building is built with a semi-open plan; the rear building has a closed construction. The construction of the front building is extended outwards to gain usable living space. The autonomy and sculptural appearance of the exterior staircase provides a conclusion to the Wilhelminian block.
