Conversion of the management building of a holiday complex from the 1970s into a holiday home. The conversion will result in the clear and simple form of the building, visible from the outside, to also be mirrored in the interior. A large central fireplace element, in which the sauna, kitchen, sanitary and storage space are housed, keeps the living area free, while its trapezoidal shape divides the space into public and private sections. The former sliding door for boats, the roughcast façade as well as the grating of the windows remain largely intact. Only two new façade openings, which necessarily connect the interior and the exterior areas, are clearly visible as new incisions.
